Set a goal and accumulate your total distance in 3 weeks.
Finish your race or races by Thanksgiving.

Race options:
Running, jogging, walking, elliptical, (rowing or ski-erg (1600 m =     1 mile)
  • Half Marathon (13 miles)
  • Marathon (26 miles)
  • Ultra run (50 miles)
  • Ultra marathon (100 miles)
Spinner bike, recumbent, (spinning class= 15 miles)
  • 75 miles
  • 100 miles
  • 125 miles
150 miles
Sign up now and log your distance on the bulletin board in the fitness area.

Some things you should know:
You can sign up for more than one challenge!
Race options can be used toward spin miles, but not vice versa.
We are using the honor system!
If you find yourself getting miles outside of the gym, log those miles too (what we do in the gym is to support what we do out of the gym, right?)!
