Spinning®: It’s all about the bike baby! Armstrong, Lemond, Indurian and YOU. Jump on and spin those pedals like never before. RIDE AT YOUR OWN PACE! Enjoy the music, camaraderie & spandex. All ability levels participate in this outstanding class. If you are a first timer please arrive 15min early to get fit to a bike! (1 hour class)
Cardio Sculpt: Keep your calorie burn going with our Cardio Sculpt class. 1 hour of cardio intervals and weight work. We’ll flip Formats to keep it Fresh and Fiery!!!
Tabata Training: (HIIT)High intensity interval training that mixes eight rounds of exercises, 20 seconds on 10 seconds off for four minutes. This program will increase your strength, stamina, and cardio health. 1 hour class (Modifications available)
T’N’T (Tight ‘N’ Toned): For that long and toned appearance, this class is designed to strengthen your arms and legs, tighten your abs, and lift your booty. 1 Hour for men and women of all levels.
Core Barre Fusion: Providing survival skills for the real world. Improve your overall body awareness, endurance, and strength. This 1 hour class includes work for balance, strength, improved flexibility, and an overall tune-up.

**** Annual Members can purchase a Limited Standard Group Fitness Class Card for $699 at the time of membership sign up. Members with a 6 - 8 month membership (or 6 - 8 months left on annual commitments) pay $599. Take as many Standard Group Fitness Classes as you want during the length of your membership.
Meet the instructors!
Sheena Sumner is our club fitness director, her experience teaching in many different areas will get you pumped up and going strong every week! She teaches our Wednesday Tabata classes, and boy does she keep you moving. Her class is a real HIIT!
Barb Wilson is a gentle and powerful motivator. She knows her stuff (she has been instructing for over 30 years). This grandma has power. Her experience as a cheer leading instructor (as in, taught the coaches) along with an ear for music makes her queuing flawless when leading her classes. Barb currently teaches our Spinning classes.
Sarah Ismond is a motivating and helpful member of our team. She has several years of experience teaching and training in different areas from adaptive sports programming for those with disabilities to training for Triathlons and marathons. She is ready to help you get moving and get fit! Sarah is currently teaching our Monday T'NT' class!
Shelly Ottimer has been in the fitness industry for over 3 decades now. Her dedication and upbeat personality will keep your energy up in her aerobics based classes. Shelly is teaching out Friday morning Cardio Sculpt class. You will also find her subbing for our other instructors as needed (her talent and experience allow for instruction of many different styles).
Margaret Tvedten operated, and taught at BODYFIRM Total Fitness for 28 years in the Harbor Springs-Petoskey area. She was voted, "Best Fitness Teacher" in Northern Michigan twice by Northern Express, a publication based out of Traverse City. She currently teaches Core Barre Fusion Zoom. Core Fusion is a Barre based class that incorporates body balance and core movements to get you strong.
