Why Personal Training?
Working with a Personal Trainer assures that your needs and goals are assessed in a professional and knowledgable manner. Working with a Personal Trainer instills accountability, goal tracking, support and motivation. Our professional staff will assist you in achieving results while respecting the pace that you and your body are comfortable with and work within those limits. All of our Personal Trainers are personable, experienced and an ideal resource for you. Each of our Personal Trainers are certified through at least one of four nationally recognized organizations: ASCM, NSCA, NFPT, and NCSF. After an evaluation and consultation, your trainer will design an individualized program to help you reach your goals and manage your needs. This Functional Fitness program provides exercise training, health education and nutritional information.
